Rafi Levi
A seasoned engineer and project manager and retired CDR (Israel Navy), with over 35 years of field, project management Coolzino and business experience, closely associated with the top Israeli defence companies, as well as the business and engineering sector. Rafi has over 17 years of working experience in India, developing various projects, and supporting various foreign firms in their on-ground activities in India. He is stationed in Israel and India alternately, available in both countries as and when required. He is well known for his business acumen, dedication and sincerity. He presently serves as the Managing Director of the PIA group and is responsible for the overall group operation and growth. Rafi holds an MSc in Marine Engineering (University of Michigan, USA) and BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Technion, Israel).

Saikat Samanta

Saikat Samanta is a technology practitioner and entrepreneur, with over 25 years of experience, Saikat firmly believes that engineering and innovation must be at the heart of change and well-being.

With a mechanical engineering degree from Manipal Institute of Technology and a specialization in Marine from MERI (Mumbai), Saikat spent the first decade of his professional life as a marine engineer before exploring opportunities on land.

He presently serves as the Managing Director of Savitar Group. and operates the complete India activities and projects of the PIA group. Saikat has been an intrinsic part of solar power ecosystem in India since its early stages of adoption and continues to be involved in sustainable energy domain.

In the past years, Saikat successfully managed and supervised large scale, multi-disciplinary projects in India under extremely challenging timelines.

Saikat is also an active member of an NGO committed to empowerment of young girls and women.
