Vivek Kumar Sinha

As one of the oldest foot soldiers in the organisation, Vivek has spearheaded almost every project executed – be it on ground or from HO. During the process he has gained 14+ yrs of experience in project management in diversified sectors such as defence and underwater security, MW scale solar projects, transmission line-substation and more. Vivek likes exploring new places and enjoy long drive.
Vipin Sharma
Head - Finance & Accounts

Vipin has 19+ yrs of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts and currently looks after all financial activities, audits, regulatory compliances etc. A man with impeccable integrity, he (with his able deputy, Nitesh) has brought in processes and streamlined our once disorganised way of managing money. We also often leverage his soft spoken nature to settle internal disputes. Vipin is fascinated about travelling to the hill stations.
Ketan Soni

Ketan D. Soni, a seasoned electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering. He’s tackled challenges head-on while working with top MNCs, mastering the art of time management and rapid problem-solving. With a knack for leading teams, he’s guided over 30 individuals in the field. Currently rocking the role of Senior Manager, Facility Management, Ketan’s not just about work—he’s all about grooving to music and soaking up knowledge as a hobby. BE in Electrical Engineering, but his real expertise lies in getting things done!
Satyadev Kaushik

Staring as the in charge of our IT setup, today Satyadev is our best on-ground firefighter and frontline soldier – with a Never Say No attitude. In the last 14+ yrs that he has been with us, Satyadev has gradually expanded his responsibility areas and currently looks after our trading activities and also the IT vertical. He is interested in playing outdoor games.
Abhishek Mohindra

For the first 10 yrs after his graduation, Abhishek worked in his family venture of manufacturing telecom hardware where he had the opportunity to learn the dynamics of running a business. One of the newer entrants to our team, Abhishek fast adapted to our collaborative and “take ownership” work culture and played a vital role in building our advanced-telematics vertical – which he currently leads. Abhishek enjoys spending time on outdoor activities and is an avid sports enthusiast.

Arpan Ganguly is a project management expert with over 10 years of experience. From crafting detailed reports for industrial plants to scheming up power projects for big names like DVC and PSPCL, Arpan’s got it covered. When he’s not conquering projects, you’ll find him off the beaten path, exploring new destinations, and being engaged with his passion for numismatics. With a passion for both adventure and precision, Arpan brings a fresh vibe to every task he takes on!
